Zeyaa Impex manufactures across four categories: Home Textiles (bed linens, duvet covers, mattress protectors, blankets, curtains), Cleaning Products (microfiber cloths, kitchen napkins, dusters), Apparel (sportswear, activewear, accessories), and Customized Solutions developed to client specifications.

Yes. Samples are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Standard swatches are free; full-size production samples are billed at cost and credited against the first bulk order.

Private-label and white-label programs are core to our business. We support custom care labels, woven labels, hangtags, polybags, and printed master cartons. Minimums apply per branded SKU.

We weave cotton, cotton-linen, TENCEL™ blends, recycled polyester, and microfiber. Standard bed linen weaves include percale (180–220 GSM), sateen (300–400 TC), and brushed flannel (160–200 GSM). Custom GSM and weaves available.

Standard MOQs: Home Textiles 1,000 pcs per SKU/colorway; Cleaning Products 5,000 pcs per SKU; Apparel 500 pcs per style/colorway; Customized programs are scoped per project. Smaller pilot orders are negotiable for first-time partners.

Production lead time is 35–50 days from order confirmation and approved pre-production sample, depending on category and finishing. Reorders run 25–35 days.

Yes. Orders can be split across SKUs and colorways provided each line meets its MOQ. Consolidated shipping is supported.

Yes. Blanket orders with scheduled releases are common with our long-term partners. Pricing is locked for the agreed term and inventory is forward-positioned.

FOB Karachi is our default. CIF and CFR options are available to all major ports. DDP can be arranged via our forwarding partners on request.

Europe 18–24 days, Middle East 8–12 days, Americas 28–35 days, Asia-Pacific 14–20 days. Air freight is supported for urgent reorders.

Yes. We consolidate across categories into 20' and 40' HC containers, and offer LCL for small orders.

Yes. Our development team works directly with R&D to deliver custom fabrics, weaves, blends, and finishes. Lab dip and strike-off rounds are included in the development cycle.

Vector formats preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). High-resolution PNG and TIFF at 300 dpi accepted for print.

Yes. Custom care labels, woven labels, hangtags, GS1 barcodes, polybags, and printed master cartons are supported.

New SKU development typically takes 21–35 days from approved brief to pre-production sample, including lab dips and strike-offs.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Global Recycled Standard (GRS), BSCI, Sedex SMETA, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and Better Cotton Initiative membership.

Yes. GOTS and GRS Transaction Certificates are issued per qualifying shipment via our certifying body.

Yes. Products are manufactured in compliance with EU REACH and US CPSIA. Third-party test reports are issued on request per shipment.

Cotton is sourced via Better Cotton Platform and GOTS-certified suppliers. Each shipment is accompanied by chain-of-custody documentation from farm to finished good.

We accept T/T, Irrevocable L/C at sight, and escrow via Alibaba Trade Assurance for verified buyers. Custom terms for long-term partners.

30% T/T advance, 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 25,000.

USD is our default invoicing currency. EUR and GBP invoicing is available on request.

Yes. For large orders or development programs, staged payments tied to milestones (sample approval, fabric in-house, finishing, shipment) can be arranged.
